We have purchased this premium security package to insure that FULLDAYS customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today. Our systems encrypt information within an internet connection through complex mathematics and code and only FULLDAYS has the tools necessary to open the encryption. Most online orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours not including weekends and Holidays. Our guarantee to you… If you are unhappy with the products you received, please send it back within 7 days of purchase. Products must be UNUSED and UNOPENED. This contaminates the product. No exceptions.
Customer Procedure for Returns:
• Product must arrive to our company within 7 days.
• Products must be returned with original invoice received with order.
• Products arrive undamaged & unused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customers needs. When returning please let us know if you want a credit card refund or a check mailed to you. All shipping charges incurred for original shipment/returning merchandise to FULLDAYS is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect address / Non Deliverable / Address Changes:
All returned and/or errors made on orders will be handled in a timely manner. If FULLDAYS has made a shipping error, we will reship as quickly as we can via the method you originally chose. If the customer has made an address error, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charges. ALL shipping on orders is non-refundable.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally we run out of stock rather unexpectedly and we issue a "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice. While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent for final processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency. This is due in part to a surge in orders. In the event that you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we will ship your out of stock item as soon as it becomes available, usually within 1-2 weeks.
All domestic orders within the contiguous United States are processed and shipped within 48 hours and you can usually expect delivery within 2-5 business days after placing your order. At times of high order volume (April, May, November and December) orders may take up to 96 hours to be processed.
Our preferred carrier at this time is USPS unless requested otherwise.
